Stephen Infantino began his real estate career in 2005 with Federal Group in Washington, DC, managing pre-development, coordinating leasing, and overseeing federal and state RFP submissions for public/private mixed-use projects with agencies including the Army Corps of Engineers, GSA, Department of Defense, Army Reserve, Air Force, and NASA.
Since 2009, he has served at Tailwinds, where he is responsible for sourcing and managing capital partnerships, site selection, acquisitions, underwriting, leasing and sales, tenant representation, dispositions, and investment sales, as well as coordinating pre-development and development activities. His recent projects include Champions Crossing, The Market at Hays Farm, Publix of Longwood, Shoppes at Sterling Creek, Central Square, Shoppes at Redstone Square, Country Club Corners, ONE Daytona, Volusia Point, and Beach Village Shopping Center.
A Finance graduate of Stetson University, Stephen is a licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate, an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Aside from his professional activities Stephen lives in Maitland, FL with his wife, Andrea of 11 years and their two children, a girl and a boy. Stephen and his family love the outdoors and are active members of NewCity Presbyterian Church.
