William White is the founder and President of WAW Realty Advisors, LLC a consulting company based in Orlando, FL and representing retail developers, architects, general contractors and retailers across the Southeast. William has over 40 years of experience in all facets of commercial real estate investment and development. He earned a BSBA in finance and real estate from the University of Missouri at Columbia, where he was a founding father of Rho Epsilon. William has held real estate positions with The Kroger Co., Ahold USA and most recently was the Vice President of Real Estate for Fifth Third Bank over Florida, Georgia and Tennessee. During his career William has administered over 900 corporate leases and completed acquisition and development projects exceeding $875 million. William has served on ICSC committees in three different states and been a board member of Red Cross, United Cerebral Palsy and Girls Scouts of America.
